  • Laundry service is fluff and fold service with free pickup & delivery.
  • You do not have to be present for pick up or delivery.
  • Additional fees may apply for requesting the pressing of any garment(s)/item(s).
  • Please check your pockets for any items. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by an item left in pockets or in your laundry.
  • Place your dirty clothes in a plastic bag or a client bag for our frequent clients.
  • Clothes that may need special attention, place in a separate bag with instructions.
  • Pricing is based on weight of your dirty clothes, $2.50 a pound – 12 pound minimum.
  • Clothes are weight and an invoice is given or left for you onsite by the driver.
  • Your clothes are washed separate and never mixed with other clients clothes.
  • Clothes are sorted and washed by color and fabric.
  • Hypoallergenic perfume-and dye-free formula laundry soap is used.
  • Clothes are dried in low temperature commercial air dryers or can be hung to air dry.
  • Clothes with a collar or dresses are returned on a hanger.
  • Clothes are folded and ready for wear or to be put away.
  • We also offer Dry Cleaning, Alterations and Shoe Care Service.
  • You can prepay with Cash, Credit/Debit Card or a local bank check.

  • Do you service local hotels Clients?

Yes we do!  Pack less & avoid extra luggage charges. Let us do your laundry for you while you’re here! We will wash, dry, fold and deliver your laundry back to your hotel, very convenient and there is no pick up or delivery charges.

  • What if I have handling special instructions?

Let us know if there is any special ways you like your laundry done.   We strive to complete your laundry - your way!

  • Where do I put my laundry for you to pick up?

You do not have to be present for us to pick up or deliver your laundry. You may place your dirty laundry in a plastic bag or leave it in your hamper or basket. Place it in a secure area by your front door or an agreed upon secure location. We will deliver your laundry where we picked it up from. Tops Valet Service is not liable for any damage or loss of laundry due to it being left unattended or unsecured either upon pick up or return delivery.

  • Do you offer discounts for “frequent users” of your service?

Yes we do! Remember there is 12 lbs minimum and sorry you cannot combine the discounts with any other promotional discounts.

        $2.50 a pound the first three times you use our laundry service.

       $2.25 a pound after the first three times, for the next three times (10% discount)

$2.00 a pound every time after that! (20% discount)

We offer a 15% discount on any one single order that is over 100lbs

  • How can I figure out how much my laundry weights?

We will weight your laundry when we pick it up and leave you an invoice with the weight and the total cost. If you have a scale at home you can weight yourself.  First weight yourself holding your laundry in a basket or bag.  Then weight yourself without the laundry. Subtract your weight from the weight when holding the laundry and get an approximate weight within 3 to 4 pound of total. There is 12lbs minimum, which mean if you only have 9lbs you will still be charged for 12lbs.

  • Are my clothes washed with other peoples clothes?

We NEVER mix your laundry with other customer’s laundry. It is your responsibility to ensure all items CAN be washed and dried in dryer machines. We DO NOT sort out Dry Clean items from your regular laundry. Dry Clean items must be separated prior to laundry pick up.

  • What happens if there is a problem with my laundry?

We exercise utmost care in processing your garments entrusted to us and use processes outlined by the care label which, or in our professional opinion, are best suited for the safe care and cleaning of your clothes. This may include air drying of some garments.

Air Dry items will be labeled and may still be damp upon return. It is your responsibility to ensure these items are fully dry before storage to avoid damage. We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness or defects in garments that are not readily apparent. In the laundering process, we cannot guarantee against color loss and/or shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Though we will do our best to get out any stains readily apparent, we DO NOT guarantee removal of stains.

Your laundry pieces are not counted and unless a count is provided in advance, any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours. If it is determined an article was lost by us, the company's liability to any loss of an item shall not exceed 10 times our charge to process the lost item.

  • Are you able to launder bed sheets, comforters and blankets?

Yes we can!  Key here is the type of fabric and the size as these items require more labor to manage. Here are our prices for most sheets, comforters and large/thick blankets:

Sheets regardless of size: by the pound (returned folded).

Sleeping Bags $15.00

Twin size comforters, blankets: $20.00

Full/Queen size comforters, blankets: $25.00

King size comforters, blankets: $35.00

For Down comforters there is a $5.00 additional charge due to longer drying times.
