How Do I Place an Order?
To place your first order, simply create an account – Once your account is set up, you can place an order whenever you like by clicking the ‘schedule a pickup’ tab under pickup & delivery on our web app.
Do I have to be Home do you deliver my clothes?
No, not at all. In fact, most of your neighbors are not home. You simply leave the bag outside your door and we deliver them on the hook that is provided for you, on your next scheduled day.
How do I pay?
We gladly accept most mayor credit or debit cards to make it more convenient for you.
Is there a delivery charge?
No not at all, we are in the customer service business and we are glad to bring our cleaners to you. Besides, since we are already here—there are no additional costs to us!
When will my laundry be picked up and returned?
You simply leave the bag out on the front door by 8:00AM and we will deliver your clothes by 5:00PM the following schedule day.
What if you don't have anything ? / Do I need to call? / I don't have much.
No you don’t have to call; we are always in your neighborhood twice a week, if you are once a week or once a month, you are a perfect customer for us. This is what our service was designed for… to make it easy and convenient for you.

We completely understand, as long as they are a quality cleaners, replace buttons and give you the personalized service you deserve—stick with them, but if not, we would love the opportunity to prove to you that we are that cleaners.
